After searching your targeted offer in Keyword Spy, you will get results like advertiser overview, ad copies, PPC keywords etc. Though, this spying tool is not free but it will benefit you, as it's giving many hints and ideas.Now, you can go through the ad copies, keywords and ROI(return on investment). I personally believe that the ROI field in this tool is not 100% accurate but still you can believe it.

In above case, You can see the profitable keywords and ad copies with highest ROI. You can copy those ads and keywords into your Adwords account. I will suggest you to create different ad groups for every ad if you are targeting totally different keywords.
